Custom Auto Accessories, Inc. has also obtained a digital certificate from Network Solutions, a top provider of Internet Trust Services. If you click on this image, a small popup window displaying site-security information will appear. Finally, when you registered for an account at CustomAutoAccessories.com, your personal information was protected by your password. It is important that you keep this password confidential. No employee of Custom Auto Accessories, Inc. will ever ask you for your password.
Damage and Loss
Once the freight carrier takes possession of the article to be delivered it becomes that freight carrier's responsibility and liability to deliver the goods to the customer. Customer must inspect shipment immediately upon arrival. It is the customer's responsibility to report any shipping related damages to the carrier immediately. If package has been damaged or lost in shipping, please contact the shipping company first. Once the shipping company has been notified of the problem, then please contact us to state what has happened. If a claim is filed with the freight carrier, the claim must be settled between the carrier and the receiver. Its the carrier's responsibility to resolve all damage claims with the customer. This process can vary in time from 30 to 90 days until claim is completed.
Custom Auto Accessories, Inc. provides the customer with the highest level of warranty protection in the automotive accessory industry. Each and every product/item we sell is protected with a Lifetime Warranty. Only at www.CustomAutoAccessories.com will you, the customer, find this level of total product line protection. Every effort has been made to research, develop and test our products for use. Please be advised that no warranty exists on products used for purposes different than for what the product was indended. Warranty is valid from date of purchase, provided that the product has not been subject to abuse or misuse in its use or installation, or has not been subject to modification or alteration. Products must be installed as supplied. Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accident, abnormal operation. The warranty is non-transferable.
All warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be approved by an authorized representative of Custom Auto Accessories, Inc. Customer will be responsible for return shipping to Custom Auto Accessories, Inc. Upon receipt of product we will inspect item and examine warranty claim. Any warranty claim accepted will be compensated simply by either store credit or replacement of a product of equivalent value. No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty.
Returns and Cancellations
We allow our customers to return or exchange items purchased from us as long as a request is made within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of product. If you aren't pleased with your purchase you can return it for a refund so long as you follow the guidelines listed below.
All returned orders could be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that are canceled before shipment could be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Any product that is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping of the product both ways.
We will exchange any UNUSED item for another item of equal value. If the new item is of greater value, customer will be responsible for any price difference. If new item is of lesser value, difference could be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping of exchanged items.
Customers must carefully choose the correct vehicle because custom embroidered products and custom floormats and custom sunshades can be returned only for a replacement of equal or greater value. These items are custom made for each order to specific vehicle requirements.
