Can I order over the phone?
Yes, orders may be placed by phone. Our sales team is ready to assist you with your inquiries about our products. All callers are important to us. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time and our after hours sales team is open Monday thru Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Messages left during non-business hours are returned the following business day.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders placed by 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) will be processed the same day. All orders in after business hours, weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that delivery time is subject to both the type of product ordered (custom manufactured or in stock accessory) and the ability of our couriers (FedEx and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. Custom Auto Accessories, Inc. is not liable for packages that weren't delivered on time because of mishaps by our couriers.
What are your Shipping & Handling charges?
CAA offers FREE FedEx Ground SHIPPING (1 to 5 business days) on all orders anywhere within the continental U.S. We do not offer free ground shipping to Hawaii and Alaska since this method is not provided by our carriers. For faster shipping, please proceed to our shopping cart where you can submit your name and address for an instant shipping quote on 3-day, 2-day and overnight deliveries. Note: You DO NOT have to submit your credit card information or make any commitment before seeing and agreeing to your shipping charges. Note: Corrections made to addresses after shipment will result in a $10 correction fee imposed by our courier.
Do you guarantee all your merchandise?
All items are new as described. If an item you purchased is defective in any way, you may return said item for an immediate replacement.
Do your products and accessories come with a warranty?
Yes! The warranty period of all the items we sell is LIFETIME. This warranty is limited to manufacturer’s defects in workmanship and/or materials.
What is your return policy?
All items come with a total satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in new as delivered condition, for an exchange or a refund. There is no restocking fee subtracted from the amount of your refund, however we do not reimburse Shipping and Handling costs incurred by CAA or the customer during processing.
How do I return an item? Do I need a RA#?
Returning an order is simple and easy to do.
- Make sure you're sending it back within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Make sure you pack the unit up in its original box with ALL its accessories.
- Print and sign a copy of your receipt and on it write brief instructions on what you would like us to do.
- Call CAA Toll Free at 1-877-712-4CAA to receive a RA# which you will write on the shipping box.

What information is needed to place an order?
- Billing Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and e-mail)
- Shipping Address (Name, Address, Phone Number, and e-mail)
- Billing Information (Name on Card, Card Type, Card Number, Expiration Date and VVC)
This information is used ONLY for the purpose of processing your order. Shipping address in order to ship your order, e-mail address to send your receipt and tracking information, billing address to verify the identity of the cardholder, and phone number so that we can call you if there is a problem with your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For online orders via our shopping cart, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. Please mail all check and money orders to the address below.

When is my credit card charged?
Once an order is placed and is completed, it is processed, run through an address verification, and then charged. This process allows us to immediately spot unauthorized fraudulent charges.
